Jen Sackley launches election website

Independent candidate for Leichhardt Jen Sackley, has finally launched her election website.
"The people of Far North Queensland need and want a strong voice in Government,” Jen Sackley says. “The issues of everyday Australians are being lost in the power struggles of the big parties."
"I am inviting everyone to come on board and asking help me raise the voice of the people of Leichhardt," Jen Sackley says. "This way they will have the opportunity to see first-hand some of what I stand for. Many people are unsure or unclear on how I feel about many issues that affect this great region and this is my way of letting them know."

Sackley says being an independent candidate makes it difficult reaching people and she is asking for help.

"I will be posting many issues in coming days and I encourage everyone to stay in touch by using this site and to ask me by email, questions they want my views on," she says.

"I know I can now, I need to know you can, and that we can win back Leichhardt for you the people."

Gosh, I just accessed Jen's site, and found myself staring at the Liberal National Party election site!

I hasten to add, I clicked on this particular site from "google". It was the first entry listed. I notice another woman who posted a comment to "The Cairns Post" also found the same thing.

When interviewed on tv on the night of the ballot position ,she makes her first impression she waffled on about the universe asked her to stand and the universe got her on the the no 1 spot on the ballot , what planet is she from never ever heard of her.

Spot on, Loopy. People who pray to the 'Universe' for a favourable position on the Ballot Paper deserve the donkey vote. I wonder who in the Universe this Dear Lady attributes for her sheer luck in winning No.1 position.

Gee Whiz, I discovered that I was not allowed on the Ballot paper for the most dubious and stupid reasons.
Does this mean if I go out and ask the Universe, they may change their mind and actually put me on the Ballot paper?
I'll try it and see if the AEC has Divine connections...ho hum!
