Well, surprise, surprise. Who would have thought it! If nothing else sways the 3 Independends towards the Coalition then it will be this issue. Surely Gillard could have seen this coming, there was no need for her to get into bed (figuratively speaking) with Brown et al to form a Rainbow Coalition with the far Left gays of the Greens. This all could have been done after they had made their decision. This will be the downfall of Labor.
Can we not have a referendum on this issue & be done with it??? I am sure a fair majority of Australians support gay marriage. And whilst we're at it, can we have a referendum on the legalising self-euthanasia? That's another one we need to attend to. If we can put the family pet down when It's Time To Go, why not ourselves???
