Despite terrific photos which should mean this dickhead is arrested quicksmart, all you leftie do-gooders have ensured that he'll have "no conviction recorded" and be given a 90 day suspended sentence.

Satisfied, lefties?

Ed, by all means, this guy is a loser. I happen to tend to be left-wing, but I think these sort os events are not what our society wants or needs.

I think sentencing should be much stronger than it is - especially in our local Magistrates Court.

I also think our prison systems in Australia need to be radically overhauled to actually provide rehabilitation where we can, strong deterrent against crime, & safe locking-up where we can't (eg. pedophiles). It's not much about politics, it's a lot about commonsense & the safety of the community.

I would love the Police forces in Australia to emerge from their 200+ years of white Australian history as convict-wranglers.

Yes, Ed in Edge Hill, the courts are too lenient. Your hero John Howard was in power for 11 years and what did he do about it? SFA!

Our cities are full of spoilt young people with nothing to do except drink and fight and root, but it is actually cheaper to pay them the dole than it is to put them to work on worthwhile nation-building projects. That would require an increase in taxes, and we couldn't have that!

Get with the program "Real" "Liberal", and start blaming Julia Gillard. I do.
