Sno-Vishnu Bonneau publishes Indian architectural book

The Cairns Regional Councillor in charge of inner peace and tranquility, appears to have plenty of time on his four hands, as he's now the author of a book.

Just in the nic of time for the Commonwealth Games construction project, Divisional 8 councillor, Sno Bonneau has just published Pratishthan: Shri Mataji's home in Pune, a book on architectural design in India. Boy, can they do with some help right now.

Sno-Vishnu Bonneau has self-published the book under his Clifton Beach Cool Breeze Promotions company, that also produces the popular Cairns northern beaches map.

It portrays Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi's home in Pune, founder of Sahaja Yoga, something very close to the good Councillor's heart and soul.
Maybe with Sno's connections, he should lead a trade mission to this substantial emerging economy.

I can just see a line up now at Dymocks snaking for 3 klm out of the shopping centre, of Clifton Beach residents wanting to get their own personally signed copies for a keepsake (NOT!).

I'm a blogger in the international Sahaja Yoga movement, and came across your blog recently when researching Sno's new book and his new appointment as national co-ordinator of Sahaja Yoga in Australia, and the interconnections thereof.

It would be fair to say that Sno Bonneau may well be the best candidate for the national co-ordinator's post (having served as a councillor on the national council for the past 6 years). The appointment is made in the name of our Guru, Shri Mataji, but in reality by her husband, Sir C.P.Srivastava.

Publishing a book on their main house in Pune, India, probably sealed the appointment. It was mentioned in the letter of appointment.

Please dont mention my name in any of your blog postings, as I need to have a working relationship with this guy for the next 6 years or more ...

I once accompanied a friend to a session run by supporters of this lady. All I can say is that there is a seeker born every minute.

Do you know what Vishnu means?

According to Wikpaedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vishnu

The Vishnu Sahasranama[2] declares Vishnu as Paramatma (supreme soul) and Parameshwara (supreme God). It describes Vishnu as the All-Pervading essence of all beings, the master of—and beyond—the past, present and future, the creator and destroyer of all existences, one who supports, sustains and governs the Universe and originates and develops all elements within.

Somehow, I think Sno has visions of grandeur (supreme god, no less)! Perhaps he has got mixed up with his labelling....

Wipaedia goes on to say.....

The Trimurti (English: ‘three forms’; Sanskrit: trimūrti) is a concept in Hinduism "in which the cosmic functions of creation, maintenance, and destruction are personified by the forms of Brahma the creator, Vishnu the maintainer or preserver, and Shiva the destroyer or transformer."[

It would seem that only "Shiva" was in evidence when he was Councillor for Clifton, Palm Cove and Buchan 3 years ago.

As someone else first said yesterday.....
