Scammer spammer replies - Part 4

Everyone loves a good conversation.

I've engaged in email dialogue for the last few days, with Mr Ahmed Razaq, an investment banker in Nigeria.

You can see the original email I received, and my reply, and the subsequent email.

Whilst I feel for the abject poverty that, many Nigerians must be in, telling people that it's okay to send them money as a 'courier fee' following outright fibs they will receive untold wealth, is very sad. It's obviously sanctioned by the authorities and no doubt contributes greatly to the country's GDP.

A friend of mine did some research and discovered Razaq Ahmed's finance website, and even someone by the same name on Facebook.

Here's the latest in my story...

    Hello again Mr Ahmed Razaq

I look forward making payment from my Australian bank account.

However my brother has raised some concerns about this, although I assured him you
seem like an honest person. He said to ask you for a photograph so I know that I am dealing with a real person. Could you please do this for me?

In Australia we are a small country and most of us know each other, so you can see why my brother is a little concerned.

    Sincerely
    Kevin Michael Rudd

    Thank you Ahmed.
It is nice to see your face!

I will organize a photo tonight. I cannot use the internet on my good friend's computer, Stephen Conroy, as his computer won't let me access the Internet.

Your photo is very handsome. I think my wife Therese would love to meet you one day.

    Your friend,
    Kevin Michael Rudd

I was going to send this pic... but resisted. Then this email arrived...

    ATTN: Kevin Michael Rudd,

I called your phone a lady picked up the phone and asked me to email you.

You said that you have heard from me but, i replied your email this morning when you complained of not being able to fill the WESTERN UNION FORM.
Kindly fill the Western Union form this way:

    Receiver's Name: Mr Eromosele Celestine.
Receiver's Destination: Plot 123 Gariki Abuja Nigeria.

You are provide and fill the following in the WESTERN UNION FORM.
    SENDER'S NAME...........................................
    RECEIVER'S NAME:........................................
    AMOUNT SENT..............................................
    MTCN NUMBER:............................................
    TEST QUESTION:......................................... ANSWER:....................................................

After making the payment, for easy access of payment information here, kindly scan and attach the scanned copy of the WESTERN UNION payment slip to me via email so that we can remmit the money to FEDEX COURIER SERVICES for immediate delivery to your residential address.
    Razaq Ahmed.

Surprise! The name of whom I'm meant to send the 'courier' fee to has changed. I thought that was a bit odd. So I'll drop Razaq an email. After all, we've struck up a bit of a friendship over the last few days, and wouldn't want my hard-earnt cash to get into the wrong hands.

I'll wander down to the Orchid Plaza Post Office today, and collect the forms for the Western Union Money Transfer.

I'll keep you posted.

My latest spammer has gone upmarket and is now impersonating the UN, c/o Barclays Bank. I like the way the letter appeals to our basic sense of outrage (have YOU been scammed too?) and the sense that there's asburd dollops of cash available to those who just stick their hand up for it:
