Many people donated time and prizes in making the event a success. Ron Livingston was the master of ceremony, and at times, entered into some rather questionable humour. However, it was all in the good spirit to raise much-needed funds, for an organisation that has still not secured government support to continue.
Businesses from TTNQ, Telstra, Cairns of Cairns, and even the Navy, turned up with teams to enjoy the fun. The Young, Restless and the Mature, took top honors.
