Over the weekend our Federal Member for Leichhardt, Jim Turnour, was booked in to help McDonalds fast food deep fried emporium at Smithfield.
The event was to help fund-raise for school chaplains.
"It's what they’ve called McChappy Day," Jim said.
However Jim didn't attend due to illness.
Asked if he would consider a career serving burgers and fries in the future, Jim just smiled.

Was this photo taken during the visit of Martin Ferguson and Julia Gillard to Cairns? I thought Julia always had Red Hair but I guess a change is good. At long last Jim has someone that makes him look intelligent.
