I've blogged about the Carnegie Mellon professor Randy Pausch, who shot to fame late last year, following his now famous Last Lecture.
Last August, Pausch was told he had 3 to 6 months left after being diagnosed with cancer. He's still alive, although the cancer is taking over his body.
The cute little book Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams, based on his Last Lecture, has just been published, and is available in Cairns. TIME named him in the world's 100 most influential people, after several million viewed his speech on line.
Last month he welcomed back the Class of 2008 at his university's commencement ceremony.
