You gotta love this one.
Michelle Chantelois, a South Australian parliamentary barmaid has gone public with an affair she had with Premier Mike Rann, shagging him in office on several occasions, whilst parliament was sitting.
Rann has denies the claim, according to The Australian. "We'll watch the program and issue a statement afterwards," the Premier's spokesman said. "We'll see how badly they beat this up."
According to The Australian, Rann's links with Chantelois have been the talk of the town after her estranged husband Richard Wayne Phillips was charged with assaulting the Premier with a rolled-up magazine at a Labor Party fundraiser last month.
"It's not something that I like to discuss on a public level but in my case I'm at the point where I feel like I have to come clean. I'm tired of the lies and I'm not holding it in any more." Chantelois said. "I'm not proud of my conduct, I'm taking responsibility for my own bad behaviour and Mike Rann should take responsibility for his own behaviour," she said.
Chantelois was paid around $50,000 for the interview, that will screen on Sunday night, Channel 7. South Australia goes to the polls in March.

Rann is an unattractive, doughy, balding man and a boring one at that. Christ knows how he could ever appeal to any female.
Seems there are 50,000 very good reasons
"I did not have sexual relations with that woman"
Well, the story sure woke up everybody here in South Australia!
