This just in from some loyal hard-working Council staff...

On Friday afternoon, a few of us Council staff were standing around
waiting for a meeting to start.

One of the guys suddenly says "I'm afraid Byrne is going to get back
in".

Stunned silence as we all stared at him. "Well it is the Year of the Rat!" he exclaimed.
