Films from Sydney

Dont miss the Sydney Film festival, visiting Cairns this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Aussie film, The Home Song Stories will be the opening feature. Also screening are two of the hottest new films from France, a prize winner from Cannes, an AFI-nominated doco, an unconventional WWII drama. Along with the Dixie Chicks fired up over 'that comment', an Indian sporting charmer shot in Melbourne, and a high-voltage post-everything thriller from Russia that is unlike anything you've ever seen before.

The Festival will screen at BCC Cairns City Cinema in Grafton Street, who are hosting the event.
