It's Xmas eve, oh dear, how did that happen?

Oh dear, It's that time of the year again. If Christmas was a girl, there would be period pains all over the place. There is!

Before I tell you all my dreaded stories of all things Christ-mas, why don't you share yours with CairnsBlog readers.

Don't hold back, I know everyone has a tale to two to get off their chest.

One thing that really pissed me off this year was that when trying to to find one of those rare things commonly referred to as a car park at Cairns Central; I was constantly dealing with idiots who seem to think that they should park on a 45 degree angle or across two car parks.

I reckon I drove around for about 20 minutes trying to find a car park; even out in the sun - I wasn't that fussy but gave up and went back home.

For the love of God, why can't these people park a car straight? It's not limited to Cairns Central either, Smithfield is just as bad.

As far as any form of a recession goes, what recession?? I've spent close on $350.00 this year just on close family. I ran a poll on my blog asking how much people spent on average and my expenditure would seem to be common place; albeit I don't have any demographics of the location of voters.

Still, it's nearly Christmas now and I'm glad that it's over for another 12 months - just got to get through tomorrow morning when the kids wake me up at some ungodly hour :-)
