Mugabe's Zimbabwe at at end?

The Telegraph reports that a deal may occur which will see Mugabe remain President of Zimbabwe, but many powers transferred to Morgan Tsvangirai as Prime Minister.

Mugabe should still be put on trial, and would no doubt happen under a different regimen in the future. This new deal may well involve immunity for Mugabe and his henchmen, which simply goes to show the guilt and blood that he carries on his hands.
