Mike You really need to get a lawyer.The Courts are no place to play around.It's a negative environment full of personality-less people who win or lose on technical bullshit.
Apart from all the legal ramifications, I still find it curious that FNQ Legal only signs their letters "FNQ Legal". Surely it is common practice for lawyers to sign their own name on their communications? I have never had dealings with solicitors, barristers where they didn't identify themselves. Curiouser & curiouser.
