    MM you might want to cease and desist posting these personal letters on yuor site.

    By doing this you are not complying with your own blog rules judging on past posts here

    This posting causes inflamatory comments of which by posting your letters you initiate and provoke.

    You really need to get a lawyer.The Courts are no place to play around.It's a negative environment full of personality-less people who win or lose on technical bullshit.

    Apart from all the legal ramifications, I still find it curious that FNQ Legal only signs their letters "FNQ Legal". Surely it is common practice for lawyers to sign their own name on their communications? I have never had dealings with solicitors, barristers where they didn't identify themselves. Curiouser & curiouser.
