The accident happened around 11.30pm last night at a residence in Fifth Avenue, Atherton.It is believed the 26-year-old man attempted to sit on the balcony rail when he lost balance and fell backwards. He hit a car below and then landed on the concrete driveway.
Atherton Police are investigating that incident.
