    I'd have said it was Alan Blake's car, but it couldn't possibly be. Alan has said he lacks confidence, and is reluctant now to express an opinion or appear in public. He maintains he stays away from his Council responsibilities.

    So Alan Blake couldn't possibly parade around town with such offensive piffle on his rear window, and he certainly wouldn't be parking it at the Council HQ.

    It's really got me stumped!
