Bring out your dead

Just as Kevin Rudd climbs back into the public spotlight to publicly campaign with Queen Julia, Tony Abbott has done a deal with the ghost of Christmas past and dragged John Howard out of the Liberal closet.

CairnsBlog can reveal that the former, former Prime Minister Howard, will make a special secret appearance in Cairns next Thursday evening. It's expected that local LNP candidate Warren Entsch will be back just in time for the blast from the past, after attending a gay old fundraiser in Sydney with Big Brother farmer, and Nationals supporter Dave Graham. Wazza better polish his earring.

    On this occasion I agree with John Babet.

    I'm amazed Howard dare appear in public, where he's vulnerable to citizens' arrest as an unindicted war criminal twice over.

    Wonder how long it will take for the Brussels Tribunal to present their case for war reparations against Australia? I doubt I will see it in my lifetime, but who knows? The world power politics are changing so fast, a powerful B.R.I.C. alliance could insist on imposing reparations on the West.
