Robert Pyne wins Division 3

Robert Pyne has won Division 3 with 3,626 votes.

Deputy Mayor Terry James has been ousted with 2,133.

Pyne won all three polling booths.

    Whilst Pyne is very likely to win, they have only stopped counting for the night at 72.31%.

    Still a possible 2200 or so votes to count.
