Yet again, the case before the Cairns District Court last week and yesterday has been further delayed by extensive presentations to the jury.
Judge Robin said yesterday that he expects the jury to complete its deliberation and present it's judgment on Tuesday.
John Page and Greg Lennon are suing Cairns City Councillor Paul Freebody and The Cairns Post for defamation.
