Driving up the wall

The old vacant Cairns Plaza Picture Theatre on Mulgrave Road, built in 1940, is now adorning the fourth billboard in the Mayor's re-election advertising campaign.
I do hope they don't cause too many traffic accidents as the flood-prone southsiders are driving to work.
