We've all received on of these, and I bet you've been sucked in and forwarded it to 100 friends to "warn them of the threat..." You know the ones that arrive in your inbox and start by saying, "THIS IS A TRUE EMAIL. I got it from Microsoft..."

What makes me chuckle is that people send these around, often someone you know, and preface it with, I don't know if this is true, but am sending it just in case!

The other site I love is Snopes, which focuses on urban legends. You can check out the story doing the rounds.

Often emails are sent around with weird and almost believable background info or photos attached. Snopes will give you the low down on all these.
