Yep, just growls. Pressing nothing at all takes you to the front of the default queue. Yes I've worked in the call centre 'industry' for 11 years. You may though end up in the wrong area so you may then get transfered, this may take longer than pressing the buttons as asked.Joe from Clifton Beach.noreply@blogger.com
