Concerns were raised at that time concerning several councils with CMC i think but nothing happened with Cairns and all the political pressure went to the Gold Coast.<BR/><BR/>Desley is an ex deputy mayor of Cairns who apparently I understand once had a reputation of chaining herself to things but transformed after political appointment to the CPA board.<BR/><BR/>Unlike some of the labor acolytes here those of us who have had the misfortune to try to explain any issue of any complexity have come to understand the basic truth that Desley is D*** AS *******.<BR/><BR/>The obvious problems with our council and its personalities may be more extensive than you think?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
