It's about time council started to look at how other countries are promoting cycling to work.
Secure parking facilities with clean showers and lockers, on site bicycle maintenance, segregated lanes that allow faster cycling away from cars AND pedestrians, uniform road signage for cyclists, tax incentives for buying cycles for transport.
Yes it all costs money but what doesn't these days?
