    Might pop along and ask child councillor how it is ok to have a pet confined to a house or yard or bird cage it's WHOLE life ? Or is that not as relevant as well looked after zoo animals?

    You missed in your haste to get this forward that the council is holding a street talk display at pets in the park. get down there tell councillors Nancy and company what you want as a community. If you dont say what you think dont complain later you are not being heard
