Great timeing Mr Mouse! However, Val will need more than a coat of paint to become popular! Maybe she should try representing her ideals and the people that put her there.. that's a novel approach!

ReplyDeleteWe've only been living in Cairns for just over a year, and I doubt that Val Schier has the oratary skills liek Obama. Keep up the stuff you are doing.

ReplyDeleteThe only way our new mayor will be popular is to listen and speak out for teh poeople of Cairns.. I don't think she's done this once since getting elected. She's turned our Election night adulation into ho hum predictable politics. Thanks for nothing Val. Only Rob and Dianne have shone out to date from the Cairns

Val should really consider resigning,otherwise under her leadership Cairns will go backward very quickly.Maybe Cochrane could take over from her and let Val take over the position of a councillor.Something needs to be done and done quickly.
